then ftp it to tmp folder om dm
and instal it
via manual install in your addons

any benefit with running cccam as client, as I run mgcamd as a client and runs very smoothly with no glitches or freezes

thats the whole point oscams the only cam thats reading

you will never be one step ahead in this hobby, if any thing you'll always be one step behind / on the back foot so to speak. waiting to see what new measures the service providers release to scupper your attempt to steal their services.

i mean just look back to 2002 / 2003 when the european satellite providers decided to stamp out almost all pirated cards, they introudced their respective V2 encryptions and cards which left most of us with black screens untill the emergence of the so called "magic cams" such as the dragon and the matrix cams etc. now look at those cams today there all but useless as any thing but card readers.

Seen this about also but not getting worried about it. When the time comes if and when i need to change I will but at the moment not having Pick TV and Pick TV+1 means nothing as its not a channel I watch or ever pass on the EPG and say to myself 'ooh that program sounds good'.

Will be keeping a eye on this situation apparently this is the way Sky Italia went.

if one providers channels go tits up on cccam
and i am using oscam at the time
and all the channels open with oscam
in my book i call that being one step ahead

thats why peeps are doing it now before it goes tits up
being 1 step ahead for whats to come

can u only use this if you have a card and are sharing ? or as a sharer without card aswell ?

if you have no card and your server is using oscam to clear the channels

you can just stick with cccam

picture will clear your end

oscam just reads the servers card
cccam then distributes it

you can use oscam as a client as well
but its not easy to set up it will make your head hurt

his cccam clients will still get a picture
