Service could not be found

Hey i have a problem with my box my internet was down for over 10 days due to V Media losing its Broadband in the area after this time i have got my Broadband back up and running the problem is when i put my Dreambox on the Fta Channels dont seem to work they keep breakign up really badly as in only 1-2 channels may work and the rest of my Special channels a message comes up service could not be found no epg available,

Ive tried re scanning the Box but usually it use to find like over 900 services but when i did it today it only found 77 so abit confused please help,

if FTA Channels dont work then it wont be a network problem.

What box do you have?

dm500s its a clone i guess i bought this so i havent set it up if i did i would have tried to sort it out
