    Crossepg Temp Files

Hi looked in my crossepg folder and have lots of temp files one every day all showing 0kb with (crossepg.tmp.0uKJJj) the last 6 characters keep changing to different letters are these needed? and can they be deleted or is there a setting in crossepg that I am missing that says not to save tmp files.

    Regards

They are caused from parsing errors when downloading your EPG. This is normal as rytec or wherever you are downloading from can generate errors from time to time.

You can leave or delete them without any adverse affects.

Hi I am using Rytec as source have entries for the beginning of the month as temp files then a gap then again for the last 10 days so makes sense what you say.

Yes there was a problem recently with some rytec mirrors. But that has been resolved. You will still get parsing errors from time to time.
