Moved house and lost channels. No snr high ber

Hi all.
I moved about 2miles and have just had my dish aligned. Since aligning it and rescanning I have lost sky movies premiere hd and few other hd movie channels also channel 4 hd along with some others. I have tried a different lnb and still the same. If I go to sat finder and put the frequency for ch4 hd for example, I got some agc and ber but no snr. What could be the problem?
Do I need a amplifier?

Just had a look through my bouquets and seem to have quite a few channels greyed out saying na

Are you getting the FTA channels such as the BBC etc? If you are C/S then you may need to look at the changes to your broadband caused by moving house.

same here when i upload list its all become gray.
I have did not move house

This sounds like the exact same problem i am having. When i rescan I sometimes get the na channels reappearing in the bouquets but they either breaking up or black screen. Originally it was just the eurobird channels that were not working.

In another thread I was advised it was either an alignment or and LNB issue. So maybe I can rule out LNB.

Have you tried another receiver? When the tuner starts to fail on these dreamboxes It struggles to pull certain channels in. Might be worth ruling that out.
