n/a showing

Hi,
Some of the channels are showing <n/a> in the bouquets. I have a dreambox 800hd with Gemini 5.1 image.
For example on 28.2e, ITV Granada is missing. I know it is there as I have seen it working on a family members 500s.
I have;
- reloaded the latest satellite.xml file after downloading from a forum and website.
- checked all the channels (by going into bouquests and pressing red)
- copied the satellite.xml file from family members box and installed on to mine.
- re installed the image and rescanned.
- took the box to family members house and same problem
- tried another box and still same problem

There are too many channels to list that come up with <n/a>. I have searched forums and tried all the above. Any help appreciated.

i would say your dish may be slightly off signal and not picking up a couple of the weaker transponders, or you have an older model tuner. do you have any trees over hanging the line of sight? whats your signal like?

No trees or anything....... live in a concrete jungle.

Really wreird now I have copied a friends box config files and they are showing in the bouquets. However, they dont come on.

The channels worked perfectly fine up until a couple of days ago. Also, have the M tuner with an inline adapter (tried it wthout as well without any luck)

Any advice appreciated.
