Well i know several who have bought from him and all ok and no tax.
What was your problem, how can he fix it in 10 days when you had it 5?
Not that much can go wrong with these boxes other than manual error.

i bought a dm800 clone fro tony and the tuner was faulty. after 6 weeks of threats ect ect he finally sent me a replacement which was fine although i sent the faulty tuner back to the address on the invoice tony never recieved it. i recieved my box in about 8 days but got a small tax bill from the courier which i just ignored. just because uk suppliers are taking risks by importing big amounts doesnt give them the right to rip people off... some of the mark ups are obscene imo. regards mdtDM800HDSE SIM 2.10. My China Experience
Having read this thread and posts I decided to buy a DM800HD from China this week, here's my experience........
Tuesday - I signed up to DHgate then selected my receiver from seller Pakoyuan paying $176 (?111) via PayPal. Received an email from PayPal confirming payment and one from DHgate of my purchase order number and shipping details.
Wednesday - Nervously kept everything crossed hoping all would be well!
Thursday - received email from DHgate my order has been cancelled, reason - seller failed to ship item, refund may take two days.
Friday - Received email from PayPal confirming refund, will only believe it when money is back on credit card!
Unless someone can suggest a more reliable seller I'm not sure if should try China again?Comment

buy from Yaoxin direct from Tina or David Sun
Pm me if you want his email address...i bought a dm800se for $230 on Thursday night and was sent via DHL yesterday.
I have never had any issues with Yaoxin, but obviuosly with all sellers they may have some issues with certain sales.Comment

how much for dm800 from yaoxin?
has anyone else noticed that all the sellers are from guandong (something like that) Do you think they all related, or even run by the same person with different business names?
also the packaging always seems to be the same. cardboard box covered with brown tapeComment

DHgate thought the seller (Pakoyuan) couldn't supply so cancelled order with full refund but DHL delivered DM800HD on Monday, have since had an email from Pakoyuan requesting payment, which I am in the process of sorting out!Comment

i received my dm800hd pro from dhstart last friday and have now noticed that one of the usb slots does not work when i tested a notebook cooler. i have contacted the seller about this who has told to see how i get along and if it is a problem then i have a one year warranty.
what do you guys think i should do?
return the box within the 7 day period and push for them to pay postage costs, (it would mean being without a box for a few weeks)
or
return within the one year and pay the postage costs
or
cut my losses and be happy that atleast one usb port is working....Comment

me personally i would ask for a small refund but refuse to send it back and see what they do.
but i have had this issue on a box before and the usb didnt work but then i tried again and it worked.
will it cause you more of an issue to send back and do with only one usb slot?Comment
