ordering dm800 from yaoxin electronics - alibaba - delivery method customs charge?

me personally i would ask for a small refund but refuse to send it back and see what they do.

but i have had this issue on a box before and the usb didnt work but then i tried again and it worked.

will it cause you more of an issue to send back and do with only one usb slot?

i'm inclined to go with the small refund and that is what i asked them for this morning but have yet to receive a reply. i dont really need the extra usb port and can always try adding a hub if needed. my only concern was resale value if not fixed so the refund should cover it.
