sky 28e epg update

i have not been watching sky on satellite since we bought an official virgin sub,But tomorrow the wife has asked me to recored something on sky Atlantic (which you dont get on virgin).And due to the beginning of the football season i will more than likely be pissed by the time the program comes on
So i need to update the sky epg .Last time i did it i just went to hiphop radio,But this no longer works.So can any of you kind chaps tell me which channel to go to.
