ESPN Down On DM800hd And DM500s

i am in south west scotland and espn is not working on either box but the hd espn is working on the dm800hd but both boxes not getting the normal channel, is anyone else having this problem cheers for any info guys

same as... no espn on my dm500hd could be a transponder issue or a freq change

It's not down it was one of the many freq changes that happened yesterday...

i have tried the manual scan with that frequency and still not showing, how do i do this if anyone can help thanks

just finding tcm, e entertainment, sky bet?

Done the manual scan with that and it finds it but it's not saving on my bouquet, keeps going to the old one?

do full auto scan and go to bouquets, press red button for all services find ESPN (alphabatical order) find the working one and add it to your bouquets and delete previous one.
if you done the manual scan,is same procedure. should be able to save.

@stigmata1823....you must have user manual ..use it mate, other wise widely available on net.
quick one ...
press bouquet button, go on the channel you like to add and then "add service to bouquet".
job done
