DHL Delivery

The other day i was at home for lunch got delivery from DHL and the lady was driving nissan micra

Have had a few deliveries myself from self employed with own cars but not from DHL though.

DHL have charged me 39.00 pounds for a package that was supposed to be paid for in full and to top it off they have a really slow delivery system and the tracking is useless.

I suspect that is a duty payment which they charge on delivery (Including a "handling fee").

I find the tracking to be pretty good and 48 hours from collection in China to delivery in the UK is very quick IMO

ordered last week Tuesday night dispatched Wednesday morning the tracking number never worked till yesterday afternoon just no communication with dhl had to find how to pay the fee here, just how many days can one take off work good thing neighbours gonna be here to receive

i reccomend tony/tina, have very few problems with them , and use them very very regular, import duty is hit and miss, sometimes you get hit sometimes you dont.

May sound stupid, but why not get it sent to work address, this means no days off!!!

I've just bought an 800 se from mixeshop they've sent it via dhl , I've been on tracking the package and it's in Leipzig in Germany. Is this normal?
