having problems with my bouquets download them satalites come up but cant get my favourites get the channels in all but not getting all channels in 28.2e help thank you

Do a full manual scan, then use dreambox edit and make your own up and then send them back to your box.

have done full scan but my bbc itv and other channels dont get a signal only getting 516 channels when i normaly get 1007 thank for getting back to me

If your getting low snr then you need to move your dish. Then re scan.

try doing a singal txp scan on 10.714.h/22000. 5/6 and tick the network/nit boxs in the search feature. regards mdt

tryed that did not work my signal is 83%thank you

83 is a bit low for a 500, I get 94% on a 80cm dish

What happens when you add a bouquet list then go to the channels? do some not work?
