    Dreambox Options

Im looking to buy a dreambox within the next few week. Firstly i wanted to know which model to go for?

There seem to be many options and sometimes is hard to decide. I aint no technology newbie, just want to get the right one.

Essentially I suppose im looking for a model thats closest to a standard sly box.

HD, HDMI connection, recording programs whilst watching another etc etc

I have the dish, ethernet and sat cabling in place as i have a freesat already. but its time to upgrade and unleash the viewing potential

SO WHICH MODEL SHALL I GO FOR??

    thanks

    Simon

yeah mate, the one thing there that ended a lot of your options was `recording one channel and watching another', can only be done with machines with 2 tuners, vu+duo or a dm8000, your looking ?300+.. take away your recording one channel and watching another and your near the ?100 mark with a DM800s..

Or if i can deal without the watching whilst recording something else ill look at the DM800 since its a massive amount cheaper

Lol. Would guess you googled the price of an 8000 somewhere between your last 2 posts, if you can make do with single tuner the clone 800 are really good now, latest is the 2nd edition an 800se, more powerful than the 800 pro and lots of new images almost daily, I buy direct from hongkong. Search for yaoxin and MSN tina for latest price . 800 pro about 100, S.E about 160
