i would imagine its just the same as the bbc and sky red button sports channels ,its probably a data channel as are the bbc red button sports channels if so you can probably change the channel from a data channel to a tv channel .i think this is the frequency
          12.207 V 27500 2/3
you will need dreambox edit to change the channels from data to tv channels .
i love it when a dreambox comes together.

that i dont know jo ,i know with the sports you get a channel with 8 screens but you also get each channel individually as well in full screen ,so perhaps there are are a few more data channels on that frequency that you can change to tv channels or maybe they have a second frequency for the indiviual full screen channels .have a look at the frequency list here

Simply connect pc/laptop to tv then stream for free from bbc news live coverage works great.

i did a fresh channel rescan then loaded the channel list into dreambox edit i then created a new bouquet folder and named it for this purpose data channels now in dreambox edit change the type drop down menu from all to data and then highlight them all right click and change type to tv then add all these to the newly created bouquet and send to box now just zap through with your remote to the new channels and one of them will be the sky news active screen one

a bit llong winded but this is how i found it

The Sky box just expands the smaller image to full-screen, that's why the PQ is so poor. BBC News has 6 pictures in their grid.
