A single satellite scan will only find these channels if the image has an up to date satellites.xml file, this depends how old your image is. If you have tried this and can't find the channels I listed, then most probable your box image has an older satellites.xml (pre June 2011 as that is when the BBC changed it).
Either ftp out your satellites.xml file and check it has the line I posted and add/edit it.
Or, do a manual scan on....
Frequency: 10,847MHz (vertical polarity)
Modulation: DVB-S2, QPSK
Symbol Rate: 230000
FEC: 8/9
Sorry I can't tell you the exact key strokes as your probably running on an Enigma image, I'm using a Neutrino image so different here for me.

Is it only BBCHD you cant get?
Make sure your tuner is set up to scan dvb-s2 as in the picture.
I currently use Catseyes bouquets and dont have any trouble with any channels.

Please try a manual "Transponder Scan"
Below is a screenie of my Neutrino box of the settings that work.
Can you confirm that you are missing the 3 exact channels I listed, ie.....
BBC One HD
BBC HD UK
ITV 1 Meridian South East HD
Maybe some 800se users can look at my screenie and advise you exactly how to set those settings for a manual scan on an 800se image.

There are 2 BBC HD channels.
BBC One HD
BBC HD UK
Also on transponder 50 is ITV 1 Meridian South East HD
Please confirm exactly if you can get any of these channels (incliding the Meridian HD channel).
Again, please try a manual transponder (or frequency) scan on the setting as posted in my screen shot.

Well, don't give up m8, if you have a HD box then you should get the HD channels.
I'm convinced it is your satellites.xml file though. As I said before, do a manual frequency scan with the details I posted, or mod your satellites.xml file.
I had exactly the same problem with my Coolstream Neutrino box.
The link below is a BBC blog detailing the change the BBC made in June this year.
