External HardDrive

Hi,

When i plug in my ext hd it flashes like it does when its plugged into my laptop, however when i go to setup on the box its not finding it? the hd is formatted to fat32.

What box is this? 500HD?

Use DCC and goto FTP... find media/hdd and make a folder named movie... therefore media/hdd/movie. See whether it recognises by pressing PVR button. If cannot try this... mount harddisk first by pressing blue button 2x and goto device manager and mount it (media/hdd). try this method out.

Thankyou for the reply. That folder is already there, just looked now. Also when i prss the blue button twice nothing happens.

Got my box to recognise it now its failing to create partion!
