Am I correct in thinking that when using DCC the i.p address below the computer should be my home i.p. address.

Am I correct in thinking that when using DCC the i.p address below the computer should be my home i.p. address.

It should be the address of the computer. So if you are using a router, it could be 192.168.1.101

Hi gavw1,
Ok to get started connect your Dreambox to the router using a patch cable, connect your computer to the router or by using Wireless connection, then open DDC, Main screen shows all three devices Computer, Router, Dreambox.

Enter Ip of Compuer (This is usualy one digit up from the router for every copmuter you have connected)

Then enter the Dreambox Ip address (This is usualy the number you have given your receiver & Nomaly the same as the router with the last two digits changed to 24)

Then enter the Ip address of the router.

Press connect and all the links on screen will go from red to green.
