if you are using Commando14.4 on dm500s and cannot scan channel5, 5*, 5*+1, 5USA, 5USA+1 then just add the transponder in RED to /var/etc/satellites.xml and re-scan to detect the channels once again.
Code:<sat name="Astra 28.2E" flags="0" position="282"> <transponder frequency="10714000" symbol_rate="22000000" polarization="0" fec_inner="4" system="0" modulation="1"/> <transponder frequency="10729000" symbol_rate="22000000" polarization="1" fec_inner="4" system="0" modulation="1"/> <transponder frequency="10744000" symbol_rate="22000000" polarization="0" fec_inner="4" system="0" modulation="1"/> <transponder frequency="10758000" symbol_rate="22000000" polarization="1" fec_inner="4" system="0" modulation="1"/> <transponder frequency="10773000" symbol_rate="22000000" polarization="0" fec_inner="4" system="0" modulation="1"/> <transponder frequency="10788000" symbol_rate="22000000" polarization="1" fec_inner="4" system="0" modulation="1"/> <transponder frequency="10803000" symbol_rate="22000000" polarization="0" fec_inner="4" system="0" modulation="1"/> <transponder frequency="10818000" symbol_rate="22000000" polarization="1" fec_inner="4" system="0" modulation="1"/> <transponder frequency="10832000" symbol_rate="22000000" polarization="0" fec_inner="4" system="0" modulation="1"/> <transponder frequency="10847000" symbol_rate="22000000" polarization="1" fec_inner="4" system="0" modulation="1"/> <transponder frequency="10862000" symbol_rate="22000000" polarization="0" fec_inner="4" system="0" modulation="1"/> <transponder frequency="10876000" symbol_rate="22000000" polarization="1" fec_inner="4" system="0" modulation="1"/> <transponder frequency="10891000" symbol_rate="22000000" polarization="0" fec_inner="4" system="0" modulation="1"/> <transponder frequency="10906000" symbol_rate="22000000" polarization="1" fec_inner="4" system="0" modulation="1"/> <transponder frequency="10921000" symbol_rate="22000000" polarization="0" fec_inner="4" system="0" modulation="1"/> <transponder frequency="10936000" symbol_rate="22000000" polarization="1" fec_inner="4" system="0" modulation="1"/> <transponder frequency="10964000" symbol_rate="22000000" polarization="0" fec_inner="4" system="0" modulation="1"/> <transponder frequency="11222000" symbol_rate="27500000" polarization="0" fec_inner="2" system="0" modulation="1"/> <transponder frequency="11224000" symbol_rate="27500000" polarization="1" fec_inner="2" system="0" modulation="1"/>

missing channel 5
Here are the missing frequencies-10.964 h symbol rate 22.000 fx is 12.110 h s/r 27500 channel 5 -10.774 h s/r 22.000. Just do a manual search and the missing channels should come back on.Comment
