After installing the bouquet do I need to do a re-scan to view the box office as all the channels are blank screens. All the other channels work.

You will only get Box Office if its part of you're current package.
Normally adding a new bouquet will suffice but doing a scan wont do it any harm.

Cheers Andy. Is it possible to get the epg for the box office channels or is that not the same as the other channels?
