BBC Channels gone?

bbc channels have gone after doing so many scan it doesnt pick up any bbc channels SCANS DONE ON THESE CONFIGURATIONS 28.2e 1N/2A/2B/2D,13E,19.2E AND 4.8E

the sats are same but still no luck cant get the bbc channels

its the frequency that has to match,if the bouquet is old channels movement has happened on some channels check what setting on box and check with kos for changes.check all data on that channel.are they the only channels missing,thinking of the very high winds moving dish out of sync.

guessing to put the input of frequency to match you have to manual search and put the data in ? as automatic search frequency might not match with the new one so what info do i maually put in to get bbc 1 channels etc can some post a image so i can see and match it thanks

what sat is dish aimed at?,i would compare list of channels to see if they match with what you scanned,if you get different names dish has moved.

look at the link i gave above as there are loads of bbcs listed there.

Sorry what do you mean what dish is it aimed at I didn't understand I have a standard sky mini sky dish

ok you have a fixed dish,it was all the sats you were scanning on the first post suggested a motorized dish,what box do you have is it old?cant remember on some box a frequency is not added to the scan list so it misses that channel to scan,have you had those channels before lately?

someone mentioned an xml file not current would not scan on some channels if moved frequencies

I have a normal fixed sky fish owned by sky and have a dreambox se its a new box and I used to get bbc channels n hd BBC channels and I have added latest satellites xml file

can not scan this frequency to get bbc one or any channels on 22000 ?
