V8 Dreambox eorror

Hi lads i got a brand new dream box v8 its been working for a week and now just a green light,Dream up can see the box and almost flashes it till the end and then says this,Error memCR321 from box not equal CRC32, Does anyone know what this is and if i can get round it.

try a different image or another version of dreamup to flash.

thanks mate but i did all that and still the same so i have just sent it back to the shop.
