    help please before i pull my hair out

    i have a dm800hd pvr what was on a paid card share i do not want to be on that nooooo more i am wanting to reflash the system so i can have ago at it myself everything i have tried does not work for me i have turned the system off and pressed the button and tried the flash with the firmware from dream multimedia tv and i have tried flash wizard pro as well but no joy can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong any help would be grateful

      hi m8 before you do anymore what sim and bootloader is in your box

      also what way are you trying to flash your box?

      when you turn your box of and hold in button on front are you holding it in until it says stop when you power on at rear?

          Is it a clone box? If it is download an image and make sure it's the correct image for your box. Sim??? bootloader????.

          As stated, turn box off at mains and hold the power button in on the front of the box, keep holding it in and power on box at mains.
          It will give you an ip address 192.168.x.xx

          Put this address in your web browser and choose firmware upgrade. Point it to the image on your pc and choose flash and the new image will be flashed to your box.
