DM500 Change Dreambox password?

I basically bought a new Dreambox and am aware I have a fake CCcam named Desi Sensation. I cannot connect to FTP or telnet since I don't have the password. It isn't the default root and dreambox. Is there anyway I could get the password without losing my configs?

Any help would be appreciated.

if u have a sub for so many months there nothing u can do m8 , u will lose it if u overwrite

I have, he won't give the password... He's saying if he gives the password everyone else connected to Desi-Sensation password will be given since all the boxes have the same password. He fears I might spread it.

I can't download any plugins. Basically the addons can't be downloaded since it doesn't connect. I fear he's changed that too.

Probably to protect you from changing anything. Why do you wish to access the box anyway if everythings working as it should?

All the channels are gone and I need to update the cccam thing. Not naming it due to rules

Had a word and it's back up. He said he'll restart a new year today strangely. Thanks for all your help.
