channels are gone and some crackling

BBC channels I can't find or view on scan and the g.o.l.d channel is very crackling can't view the channel much at all need help to get this sorted thanks

could be dish out of alignment, lnb, water in coax or tuner... check anther box if you have one.. if thats fine, then its possible tuner fault

I didn't have a problem before everything was working fine till 1day I did a scan and lost all bbc channels and haven't got any back since many scans and different images and as for the gold channel the g.o.l.d +1 works fine but g.o.l.d don't ? The dish seems fine and so do other channels.

seems fine and DEFINATELY fine are two different things.. only way to rule it out is different box

A totally different box make or same as the one I have because I only have 1 box

try putting sgtflipflops latest bouquets on

i have done and with that the channels go grey and dont work

probably outdated,check on kingofsat for channel info and check your setting to see if they match,alot have moved lately
and may only work in uk/irl as they are trying to stop the continent from viewing some channels.

Checked with latest it won't find the bbc channels with the frequency I used latest king of sat and also have the latest sgtflipflops bouquets still can't view them ?

will a manual scan find them,wondering if its a new frequency box does not know,should be strong enough to find,any signal and quality readings of channels indicating dish moved or loose cables.

I did manual scan and it doesn't pick them channels up
