Hi Guys

I have a relative living is spain who is getting british sky but when she called up sky to enquire about getting it in her house here, she accidentally told them about the sky in spain(as your not meant to have it) and they are going to cut that off, so is therw any box she can get to carry on getting the channels?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

I realy would not worry about it, a fifth of all Sky subscribers do not live in the Uk, They realy dont care as long as you are paying your subscription to them, If they are no longer going to take payment from you and cut you off, this is something new to me, But you can buy a subscription from a reseller like Skycards.net which are enabled and can be activated for expats loving abroad, and looking for a vald subscription to Sky Uk.

Other than that get back on to Sky with a valid address and phone number, and explaine something like you were trying to find out if Sky would work when your on holidays in your home in Spain deuring the summer, and that the Sky representative misenturpted conversation.

Sky customer sevice is in Cork in Ireland and out sourced to a company called Abtran, So if you would like to ring a supervisor or manager instead of a call rep, google it, you might get it sorted out that way.
