FTA only since bouquet

Bought 12 mth sub yesterday had every channel up and running. Since purchased a bouquet but since putting bouquet on I now only get FTA channels. Ive put back on the ccam.cfg but still only get FTA
Can anyone help please as stuck on this

hi mate when you say a bouquet you mean like sgt flip flops bouquets ? you can get them free .well they have nothing to do with opening pay channels , they are just all the favourite channels arranged into groups .

if everything worked well previously but now it is not i presume you done checks to find what the problem may be ? . what sort of box do you have ? (i assume its dreambox as your in the dreambox section ) ,can you access the addons menu ? ,does your router have an ethernet light on it indicating that a device (your box ) is connected to it via an ethernet cable ? ,if the answer is no to both try powering off the router and powering it up again and see if it makes a difference ,also check that the ethernet cable is connected properly to both the box and router .

on the other and if you can connect to the addons menu and you have a light on your router indicating your box is connected to it it would seem your box is working fine .so next you have to check that you still have cccam set as your default cam ,if its not set as default cam it wont work .if it is set as your default cam then perhaps the version your using is having a problem ,so if your using one of the newer versions try using an older version like cccam 2.1.3 . you can uninstall your current cccam version via the uninstall panel and then install cccam 2.1.3 (ensure to set it as default cam) and pop in your cccam.cfg file and see if it works .after that you need to check with who ever sold you the sub as it may not be active .
