DM500 re-loaded image-now have to setup everything ?

hi all
had to reflash my niece's dreambox, but i'm doing it via teamveiwer from 200 miles away
so i flashed it and now she says it comes up with the diseqc configuration screen, so looks like it needs setting up from start again, is that right ?
as we go though the satelitte configuration where i expect drop down boxes she say they won't drop down but are fixed on 1 satelite or another but not fixed on 28e
was on phone for an hour yesterday trying things
any help please

Get him to press exit to blank screen, then you either open webif port on router for that box IP and login from your house to the webif and use the webif remote and screen shot to see where he going wrong.

Or use the webif on his laptop but would be harder to see.

What about trying to talk them through it via web cam , and aim it at their tv.
