how to stream from dreambox with vlc

hi there im stuck casn anyone give step be step guide on how to stream from dreambox with vlc player please ,,,need thicko;s guide thanks

Type the ip of the box into your web browser then click bouquets and on the right hand side of the channel there should be a small tv, click on it and vlc should open up and start playing the channel you chose.
