Glitchy channels

These hd channels are not working for me...have checked kos and frequencies are matching up. Any other reason why these channels are poor quality, no problems with server

if you say the server is ok then it must be your internet connection or your satellite signal although your server could well be heavily loaded too

or you tuner , you could try a inline amp to see if that will do anything for you

Should have checked before posting but have a vu duo box, will check that tomorrow to see if channels are faulty on that too...

Was setting up duo for a friend, went through most channels and pretty sure they were working especially espn hd which is particularly bad on the dm800hd so must be the tuner...

what tuner do you have in dm800
the latest one is rev M
the rev L tuner was prone to glitching on the above channels and many people used inline sloping amp to try to solve the glitching
best option is rev M tuner

Must be the tuner as channels are working perfect on my duo. Dont know what an inline sloping amp is, can someone send me a link to where I can get one..

This do the job...should it be wired as close to the box as possible...?
