Having problems installing tuxcom 1.16

Im using a gemini image, i can download tuxcom through the blue panel but when i press yes so it will install, it will tell me that the installation has failed!

I tried installing other addons just to see if they install ok, but the same result as above

Any idea's anyone pls?

Try restarting the dreambox then download the plugin again.
