I have read reviews on the Dreambox 100 and it gets very poor results, for that money you would be far better buying a Technomate 5000 series with CI slot and cardreader or eve a real clone linux receiver, The DB100 is for people how dont know any better ! I think you can run a Cccam or other on it but it has no webinterface, playback or other network utilitys that we use on the Linux models.

Personaly Say away from it, It will not do what other Dreambox models do !

Yes,i would never bought it again,it is all stucked and nothing will work, two lights in display,red/green and will not show on tv or connect to computer anymore,i will smash it and give it to the neightbours dog and never see it again... NEVER BUY this crap. maybe when you can get new software and fix so it can be easier to set up... i have used dreambox for yrs and thought this would be easy, but it is nothing to do with a dreambox... please change name to crapbox DM100....

maby if people were to slow down a bit and also under stand this receiver is not long out sh+t you could get your self the new q-box hd and the thing dont work at all yet but still they sell it , i know of 6 people that have these receivers and they work some probs with some transponders but apart from that they love it , even my brother can work his and he is not in to anything like this at all ok its not a linxu receiver its dreams first go at a none linxu receiver witch will be good in a couple more updates some people just want things to work out of the box with things like this dose it not fell good with every time you learn some thing new while trying to fix what your playing with

Linxu was never the point of this receiver the point that it could c/s was a bonus this receiver is what alot of people are calling a starter receiver or even a spare room receiver have we not seen post all over the net were people are looking to get in to sat post sort of go like , want to get in to sat what should i start with so you get replies back saying if you have never used a linxu receiver then go for some thing like a technomate 5200 or 5400 to start you of then go for the linxu receiver well this is the market dream are going for a receiver that is small what lots of people like , will be easy to use ok not easy for some as i can see but is any of your first or new sat receivers easy to use as they all use different op systems also it might not have a cam slot but sure it can c/s and you will be able to edit the softcam keys your self so i dont think it will be a bad wee receiver at all

                              DM100

                              Hello everybody,

I want to ask about my receiver DM100S. Can I use this to connect with a card sharing server?
                              Can help anyone?

                              Best regards
