2 x dreambox + quad lnb not working

Hiya all



I have 2 x dreambox dm500 on a quad lnb, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs,



the upstairs is fine, but the dounstairs will on pick up some channels.



I have replaced the lnb and the cable, I have tryed the downstairs box upstairs and its fine, but when it is downstairs it wont pick up all the channels,





can anyone help please

Switch the boxes from down to up and re-scan, that will illiminate the box as the issue

Could be a coax problem

Iv tryed the box upstairs and it works, and text the coax too and that is fine. buy dont understand why it work downatairs
