This tool will install and configure VLC Frontend on your Dreambox,
and configure your PC to allow you play movies from pc to Dreambox with subtitles

Usage :

1. Run the application c
2. Fill all required fields : Dreambox Ip, Dreambox FTP username, Dreambox FTP password,yor favoire movies folder, your CD/DVD drive letter
3. Press Install button
4. Whait until application setup your dreambox
5. The instalation of Vlc media player will begin ... press Next to install
6. We are done, close the application
7. With your Remote control : press green button, and select "Movies from PC"
8. Play the movie

This function will work on Dreambox if your PC is turned ON.

how do i run the program on pc ? or on box?as when i click on the icon its says open with .help as this program sounds nice

I have used the program it works great only one small problem with is the audio it is to low no matter what i do with it is the samme, any suggestions please. Thnks.

i tried to download it but in vain. It is contaminated. It does conntain a malware and i was warned for that.
Finally i managed to get it and i scanned it and the result was asame to harvest a real flop.
Before leaving, this the message harvest :

- Fichier C:\...\Desktop\Play2Dream1.4a.zip\Play2Dream1.4a\v lc\vlc-0.9.8a-win32.exe Erreur 42125 {archive ZIP corrompue.}

- Fichier C:\...\Desktop\Play2Dream1.4a.zip\Play2Dream1.4a\P lay2Dream.exe est infect? par Win32:Trojan-gen {Other}, Supprimer: Erreur 42111 {L'op?ration n'est pas support?e pour ce type d'archive.}

Great, works fine on my 7020, using Gemini 4.6 or Darkstar 2....no need to do the DVD conversion now...perhaps!
