Dreambox in southern france

Got a friend in southern France who has sky hd up and running at the moment, he is looking to get a dm 800 hd sent over.

Will he still pick up sky uk on box? Will have a c-line on box already.

If the box is set up in uk will it be just a case of plug and play when he receives it?
