DM100 DEAD?

i try many loaders and software to resolve this problem, i only have two light in the display red/green,and the box will not respond on anything, not when i connect to tv or not when i try to upload new software to it. just says push the power on button,but wil not respond on anything.
Someone with a good advise here?
