yes mate it is, if you connect dreambox to pc via crossover cabler or router, you can watch and control your dreambox from your pc. in theory from anywhere in the world.
in practice the dreambox is not that good at streaming, its hit and miss a lot of the time.
yes you can record from your dreambox to a pc or nas (network attached storage).
