Screen blury and bad picture

All of a sudden ive got bad picture on my dreambox, dont think ive changed something but maybe pressed a button by accident?

are free to air channels bad?? check all connections on cable.

check all connections mate,expect you turned box on and off.you could try reflashing the image if your stuck.
