Sim 3.0 or 2.1?

Looking at buying another dreambox either here or Turkey where we have holiday home.

The turkish ones are advertising as sim 3.0 and unsure whether clones or original

Or can get one locally for roughly same price running sim 2.1

Any thoughts on the differenceS?

Not heard of sim 3.0 before
