i live in greece and have had a dreambox put in, however on the sky channels the picture freezes quite oftem. Any ideas why? Could i use a sky digibox with the dreambox as a backup or is there something else i can do. y server says all settings are ok.

Anne, this could be down to a few things...
1. The CS is over loaded.
2. you have a bad ping rate going to the Server.. ie if its based in london and your in greece, well thats along way to go .
3. are you downloading on your internet connection , using P2P software like limewire
