ok guys runing m3 all channels ete my q is why willit not load all channels on virgin moden i try with a d link router no luck
work on my bt \ talk talk \ any help

try switching the dchp on and off, then re-boot box regards mdt

That's cos your routers have different ip.
You need to match the router with the box in network settings especially if you choose to have dhcp disabled and have a static ip address.
If you want a random ip address enable dhcp and do what mdt says.
