2 dishes in to dreambox

hope some one can help me i am trying to get 2 dishes working on my dreambox(it worked for a couple of weeks) i have a 2.7mtr dish with sky and this works good and i have a small dish for nilesat using a 2x1 Disque Switch when i try to watch some programs on the nilesat the picture freezes and the signal drops from 92% to 37% then i have to turn the dreambox off as i cant watch sky either.
i have brand new cable installed to see if this would work and i have also tried a 4x1 Disque Switch but it was still the same.
does anyone know what i am doing wrong or is the dreambox broken.

try another image.
if possible try other reciever on your setup that way you would
know if its your setup at fault.

its a 500s and i was using gemini but it has been changed to jade to try and fix the problem but it still freezes. i have tried without the switch and it still freezes and i also tried without the eathernet cable and again it still freezes so it cant be the server i take it. when i have sky only plugged in without or with the switch its fine but not nilesat do you think it might be my CS settings or the dreambox.

is the dish on nilesat ok lined up ok is the ber on 0 or does it jump up to high numbers
or in satelitte configuration is it set to 2 satelittes via diseqc A/B

before the channel goes off the ber is 0 and its the same problem with 1 sat dish setup to having 2 satellites via diseqc A/B when i only have one dish i have it setup to 1 sat dish

im using nabilosat image which is in the downloads, with a diseqc switch from to sats to one reciever
seems to work ok

or could be the tuner problem
or double check the cabling from the lnb to the switch

could be faulty lnb

Or you have blown the splitter/ switch... its very easy to do .. never unplug a splitter / switch when the receiver is powered also cut the copper core the same size as the F plug if you unplug it when everything is powered you will only blow it...
