    Orb Internet Streaming

Its been a pretty boring bank holiday for me so I thought I'd write this guide.
If you think I've missed anything or have any issues; let me know.

Glad you liked it, the image is Gemini 4.10 running on a 7025. It should be fine with any image though, as long as the box is on your lan and reachable.

Trying to get this working as im using Orb alot for my media, but no joy

When I open the video stream and open the m3u with notepad it looks nothing like what the guide says. All I have is my dreambox ip and a port number....

This stream does play over lan with vlc player although it is very jerky and freezes every second.
          Has anyone got any ideas?

          Driving me nuts this

                no joy yet.
If I use Orbs built in flash player I get a still image from the dreambox.
If I try the stream through VLC the video freezes a lot, interestingly audio streams perfectly.

                Hope someone can help.

                Cheers

Have you tried leaving it at the still image for a minute or so? Sometimes it takes a while to start.

                    Also try this:

                    Code:
                    http://192.168.1.68:31344/1:0:1:1DB9:4C:31:FFFF0000:0:0:0:

Put it in a file called BBC.mp4 then open that through Orb. I just want to know if it can at least see the location.

Hi I really wanted to get Orb working as it automatically compresses the stream depending on your access connection speed. Has anyone got this working yet?
