DM800 setanta ireland & setanta not clearing

hi i have sly irish card with just entertainment package and setanta sports subsciption but setanta will not clear in my dreambox. any ideas.

do a rescan to make sure you got the right freq

Depending on which Cam you are using to rad the card then you may need to put in the Receiver Boxkey to get premium channels to work
