Update channels via internet

Hi all.
I have a problem that i'm hoping someone will be able to help with.

I gave a dreambox to my parents for Christmas and they are unable to update the boquets and channels. so this usually entail me going down there and doing it for them.

Is there any way that i can do this from my pc at home? so i log into their box with dbedit and then update the list? Kinda like dell or whoever do when your pc goes wrong.

Apologies if its been covered but i had a good look round and could not see it?

You need Teamviewer a quick Google search will tell you all you need to know about it

You can use dbedit, you will need the ip address, user name and password of the dreambox so dbedit can connect.
