how to install blackhole .10 0n usb

hi,i have installed the nabilosat pure flash image with barry allen to the flash,but want to install the nabilosat 0.10 img on multiboot to the usb.how do i go about this please?i

If you install it to multiboot, you must install the Nabilosat Pure Flash

i have installed the nabilosat pure flash,but whats my next step?i already have the usb formatted and plugged in

is your usb stick mounted
have you done the barry allen option on the pure flash image and mounted your usb stick if so
ftp to your box look in media/usb or media/hdd for a file called MB_images ftp your image to here
then goto the box press and hold blue button , should show the barry allen option
in the barry allen menu look for the next option to extract image from mb_images then reboot the box
then go back to barry allen and look for the option images for booting then chose your image
this is off the top of my head but should be right
