Not sure if you have figured this out yet, I use tuxbox. It has no epg data, just lists bouquets does the job for me.

Just add a video source in the path enter tuxbox://usernameassword@ipaddressort/

you need to fill i the fields specific to your setup, default may look like this tuxbox://root:[email protected]:80/
