Tuner failing on BBC Three, BBC News

Hi,

Back in October the BBC changed some of the frequencies of their freesat channels - in particular BBC Three and BBC News and ever since then I have been getting picture freeze and a "tuner failed" message from my Dreambox DM800HD when I try and watch the channels.
It hasn't been a problem before as I also have freeview, but I'm shortly going to be moving to a house which doesn't have a TV aerial so want to try and get in sorted before I move there.

I've tried a full scan and also a manual scan based on the following -
Astra 2 / Eurobird 1 (28.2E)
Frequency: 10818
Symbol Rate: 22000
Vertical polarisation
Modulation: DVB-S, 8PSK
FEC: 5/6

But aren't getting any luck on pretty up the new frequencies of the channels.

Anyone like to suggest what I am doing wrong? I've highlighted in bold the factors which I think might be wrong.

I have this problem with BBC1 and 2HD.But it is only on motorized dish.Works perfectly on fixed dish

I changed lnb on my dish and it was still the same but all other channels are ok 100% signal on them.

are your other channels working ok??

when bbc one freezes I change channel then back on to bbc it works for a full day without problem.
