Lost Chanel's

Hi all I have lost a few Chanel's on my box ie btsports, prem sports, & box nation. I lost them before and did a Chanel search got them back but they have gone again done a search with no joy please help. Rugby World Cup starts weekend. Please explain simple as I am new to all this thanks for your time

Load a new channel list various ones posted around the dreambox section and the download section

The channels are there but I get no snr & tune failed
