Status LEDs

Does anyone know the voltage required to power the LEDs at the front of the receiver to indicate the receivers status? I am thinkin of changing the colour of the lights to blue and red

You should be thinking more how it works not what LED's to change

i just dont know why anyone would want to do something so stupidly risky as take their box apart, detach the remote sensor board and start swapping LED's for no other reason than they want a different colour..

i don't know i think it could be quite amusing to do it, i have seen xboxs and PCs pimped up.. If he wants to do it, i would like to see pics etc... I would not wanna do it myself as mine is in my bedroom and a pimped out box with all manner of lights on it would keep me awake all night...

Okay..KV..No need to open it..Ive been told by ss its highly risky and that the blue led will need more voltage as its higher in the colour spectrum..cheers for the offer anyway mate
