Dreambox Mgcamd

hi there

can anybody help me..
I am trying to install and setup mgcamd on my dreambox.
I have a newcamd.list file which currently can't be added to the box.
Does anybody know how I can set it up?

I am new to this and unsure of a lot of things.. I don't know how to do FTP or other stuff like that.
