remote extender for dreambox

I want to run coax from the dreambox in the front room to the tv in the bedroom, would a remote extender such as this allow channel changing from the bedroom

It says it can be used for a two room set up but the reciever and emitter is all in one and that wire doesnt look very long? Anybody tried one?

Most Lnbs are quads cant you extend a line off your dish it will probably save you money and better quality.
Worst case scenario you need is homeplugs.

Yes it is a quad but I dont want to buy another box, just after a cheap solution. I recently sold a video sender, not great av but probably could have used it just to send the zapper signal, dohh!

I used to move my box upstairs and downstairs and do it that way but in the end bought another box. Still think that's gonna work best long term even if you buy a cheap Skybox a the second box,

I use a app on my iPhone. You can get them for android too.
Work just like a remote be it a little slower.
